Summon Johnny Wallbank to fight Overon
You summon the master of Britishness, Johnny Wallbank. You had assumed that the Britishness of Johnny would somehow affect the Dullness of Overon. Sadly, this is not the case.
Instead Johnny is rapidly unsummoned by Overon's Dull Ender technique. During the few moments in which Johnny is present, he appears pretty ticked off at you. This is completely understandable, considering that whenever you summon him, it results in his painful unsummoning.
At any rate, you should still seek help via summons. Summoning another elite councilman would be best, seeing as Johnny probably thinks you're a terrible person.
