Also known as The Law of Forseen Consequences. First defined by Dr. John Butterly, an interpretive dance? professor at Cambridge University. Thinking quickly, he once said:
"A large change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system will result in large differences in a later state."
For instance, if a Tornado Generator Bomb? is detonated in Taiwan it will result in the formation of tornados in Nebraska the following week.
