Give it a hug
You scoop up the cuddly, warm error in your arms and give it a great big hug. It responds by sinking its razor sharp claws into your flesh and ripping away. Your coos of "Aww, isn't it adorable," quickly turn to screams of "MY TORSO IS A RIVER OF BLOOD!" You try to unlatch it from your skin, but to no avail. Eventually, you bleed out and die.
You respawn back in the insane asylum, the very same place you tried to reset your way out of. A bit of hard luck to be sure, but not completely unexpected. You wonder if the entire "Error hugging incident" was nothing more then a hallucination or dream.
