"DIE!" you scream, as you send a terrible punch at the cyborg doctor. Unfortunately for you, the treacherous member of the medical practice swats away your punch with his human arm as though it’s nothing. Then he uses his terrible mechanical arm to punch right through your torso.

  It hurts.  a lot.  As you bleed out and die, a single, final thought makes it through your mind.  "I wonder if that pirates movie was really rated Arrr."

  You respawn on the other side of the street from your corpse and the dreaded cyber-doc.  Should you try again, or just run away.
