Go for a stroll in your shiny new suit of armor.

You set a leisurely pace as you wander along the stream, marvelling at how your shiny new suit of armor glints in the sunlight. While you're admiring yourself, you also take note that you have somehow acquired a very large sword. The hilt is made of solid gold, and its edge brings to mind what your mother always used to say-- "You're going to put someone's eye out with that!" As you continue meandering, you realize that you are getting tired much more quickly than you ordinarily would. Wearing a suit of armor means three things-- It's really hot in here. This thing is really heavy, and it's tuckering you out just to wear the silly thing. You're getting rather hungry. Maybe you need to nap some more and dream of food. Thankfully, you approach a clearing. In the clearing is a berry bush, and the stream comes to a circular pool wherein the water flows crisp and clear. How enticing.
