Go urban spelunking instead

You head down to the abandoned part of town and look for something interesting. Here's a nice big building. All the ground floor doors are locked, but you climb up a ladder and find a way in on the roof. Soon you're in a dusty, abandoned factory. There are big pieces of complicated machinery all around you. Some of them look quite breakable, and there is a convenient Big Heavy Mallet nearby.
