You've never really looked at them before, so you take the time to really explore the amazing complexity of your hands.

Here's a quick rundown: There's this big flat part that can pitch, and yaw, and that other one. On the far end of the flat bit are these four long tendrils in a row that can only bend in one direction. If you go down a little bit on one side of the flat part is another tendril that can bend a little more freely. It can bend with the four tendrils, or against them.

This represents the great contradiction of mankind. When we all work together, we can achieve great things, like back rubs and high fives. But we don't always work together, sometimes we oppose each other. When we oppose each other, we also achieve great things, like holding drinks or making a heart shape with our friend.

Ohh.... oh man.... we can make shapes... Hands do so much, they hold, they grip, they speak. Truly we are so blessed to have them, we could never have achieved so much...

Tears roll down your cheeks, and you reach up to wipe them away with your hand, but that just makes you cry harder. Hands can comfort, they can take the pain away... They are so beautiful, so marvelous in every way.
