Search for Cheetos.
You determine that searching for Cheetos is an excellent idea at this point, especially given that you've got a serious case of the munchies. Maybe you'll get lucky and find some Mountain Dew to go with it. You have entered the door to the north. Deep scratches and bloodstains mar the dungeon walls. Exits are north and south. Unless of course you somehow stumble onto a secret entrance somewhere. Heh.
