Take the monk.
The inner light of this artifact calls to you more than any of the others. You are mysteriously able to tell that it is very old, and came from a very faraway place. As you remove the statuette from its pedestal, you can feel it changing. Its bluish light fades into red, and you can feel the surface liquifying in your hands. Suddenly, it leaps free and completes its transformation into a liquid diamond vampiric monk beast!
