Wash the enormous amount of dried blood off your adventuring clothes.
All that blood could stain, and it also might attract vampires. You find a small creek in the nearby woods, and jump in with all your clothes on, effectively washing off all the blood. It also turns the stream a gruesom shade of red, but hey, it's not a perfect world. You leave the stream and start walking away.
Suddenly, you hear a twig snap behind you. You might be being followed! What should you do?
